2025 Applications for new vendors will open May 1st. Please return here on that date to apply.

Please note: This is a curated event centered around geek culture, and only vendors relevant to this theme will be considered. On May 1st, we will open a short application period. We will then review submissions and select vendors who best align with the event's vision for the limited spots available, with an emphasis on diversity in products and styles. We do not accept vendors offering general crafts, home sales, food, travel services, home improvement products, etc. Those offering AI art, please don’t bother applying.

Volunteering

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, great, we would love your help! Perks include: staff t-shirt, 2 family and friends passes, thank you gifts, and all the high-fives you want! Panels

We are always interested in panel ideas for the future. We ask that panels be instructive, or that the panel presenter have some direct relation to the subject they are paneling about. We are not accepting panels advertising a product or service, or fan panels.
