Vendors/Artists
Booth applications are now open to new exhibitors for the 2025 event. To be considered for booth space please email the following information to coordinator@oceancitycomiccon.com:

-Links for us to help promote your appearance and for us to see what you plan to have on offer: website, social media, ect.
(if you do not have a website or social media accounts, please just give us a rough idea of what you plan to have on offer)
Due to a large volume of returning exhibitors, space for new exhibitors will be extremely limited. Exhibitors will be curated, which means we will be choosing vendors and artists in a way as to not over-saturate the convention with any one type of product or art style. Applicants will be notified of status no later than May 13th. We are not accepting vendors not related to geek culture as these things are not a good fit for our event (This includes but is not limited too; travel companies, home improvement companies, direct/home sales, food vendors of any kind, general crafts, general photography, etc.). Please note we do not hold space, booths are only reserved after payment is received. Thank you for your understanding.
Volunteering
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, great, we would love your help! Perks include: staff t-shirt, 2 family and friends passes, thank you gifts, and all the high-fives you want! Please note that volunteers must be 18yo or older. Please send the following info to our volunteer coordinator at:

Panels
We are always interested in panel ideas for the future. We ask that panels be instructive, or that the panel presenter have some direct relation to the subject they are paneling about. We are not accepting panels advertising a product or service, or fan panels. For more info about hosting a panel please email details of your proposed panel, along with your contact information to:
